Rai’s next litter of Purebred Poodles will be born November/December 2025. This will be Rai’s last litter prior to retiring at 5 years of age.

Rai has just started her season on the 20/9/25 and will be mated over the following week. If mated prior to the end of September, we would expect the puppies to be born approximately 55 days later or around the last week in November 2025 or early December. If this occurs as planned, the puppies should be available for adoption/pickup mid-January 2026. The exact dates will depend on date of conception and date of birth. Rai and Dares puppies are always very colourful with a lot of Merle coloured puppies. The puppies are generally a good mixture of either standard size or Moyen (Medium size) within the litter. We are able to advise on birth weights which puppies will be the larger puppies in the litter. Puppies will be vaccinated and socialised with our other pets/dogs. They will have started toilet training and socialisation. They will all be gorgeous, friendly and loving puppies. All our puppies undergo a puppy curriculum which includes (ENS) Early Neurological Stimulation by way of exercises and stimuli from day 3 to day 16. All puppies undergo two individual temperament evaluations between 6-8 weeks. With this knowledge we are able to help families select the right puppy for them. We like our families to select the color preference of their puppy, but we strongly advise it is more important to select a puppy with the appropriate temperament most suitable for the family’s activity level. Some puppies will be very active and playful suited to a young more active family whilst other puppies will be calm, relaxed and more suited to the less active family. We evaluate and identify traits which include calm and relaxed, active and energetic, bold and assertive and we endeavour to place the most suitable puppy with the most suitable families. It is extremely important for our puppies to be placed in the most appropriate environment that suits them the best. Rai’s previous litter of puppies were the only puppies in Australia to be invited to the AllBreeds Conference recently in Melbourne. USA speaker and (Badass Breeder Jeanette Forrey) Demonstrated a temperament evaluation on these puppies for the benefit of other breeders. Samantha from Therapy Dogs Australia (Brisbane was also a guest speaker and couldn’t believe how many puppies in Rai’s litter would be great candidates for therapy companion pets
